As a New River Valley Photographer for the past several years, I’ve been fortunate to photograph some of the most amazing families and witness the enjoyment a picture can have upon them. Through the years I have felt so honored and privileged to serve each of them. I’m excited to update you about some changes I am making to my services that will greatly benefit you when it comes to capturing and showcasing your photographs.
I am always striving to enhance my business so that I can give you a better experience.
And the busier I become, the harder that is for me to do. Just like in my personal life, I knew instead of more, I needed better! If you were my client, you are aware of my past process: book a session, receive the digital downloads, and proceed with no guidance on selecting, printing, and arranging pictures – and then our time together comes to an end. After some reflection, I realized I was doing you a disservice. As a professional photographer, I have resources at my disposal that allows me the opportunity to guide you to the end – when the pictures are beautifully displaying in your home. Therefore, my new process will guide you so that you can appreciate your photographs to their fullest extent.
From here on, I am going to be offering an experience that I think you are going to love! We will chat about and plan our session in advance, search out the best location, and then together we decide how we can create a full story of your session. If needed, we will discuss how I can best interact with your children to ensure they feel comfortable.
After our photo session and within two weeks, we will have a “Reveal Night”. This is going to be the very best part of your experience. We will set a date for me to come to your house. I will create a personal slideshow of pictures and some video from your session. After we gush over how gorgeous you and your family are, I will help you choose your favorites.
This will be a huge benefit because you will have the opportunity to use my expertise in figuring out which pictures to choose, what size to order, and where to place them in your home. I will be 100% at your service. I even have an app that allows me to take a photo of your wall and position prints so we can see what will look best in your home. Technology is awesome, right!?
I am offering new heirloom quality products that will last generations to come. Some of these products include high-quality photo albums with heavy pearl paper, canvas wraps, and image boxes. Be on the lookout for blog posts about each of these products in the coming weeks.
With all these improvements, my pricing structure has also changed. I offer products à la carte and in collections. I have created these collections to be simple and contain classic products that you are sure to love. The collections are certain to offer you the most value.
But the best part is, the only thing you have to worry about is showing up and enjoying our time together. We’ll chat before this session how we can make this relaxed and fun for you and your family. After it is over, you’ll have printed products in your hand and your family artwork ready to display. You will know our schedule when you’ll see your images, and I will be able to give you a great experience from beginning to end.
Now that the busy season is over, I’m slowly updating my new website. I hope you like it by the way. I have many plans to offer you new experiences through it as well. I’ll feature various local businesses and happenings as well some fun surprises in the works.
